What is withdrawal from the contract?

Withdrawal from an e-commerce contract represents the buyer's (individual's) right to cancel an online purchase, within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to justify this decision.

You can exercise this right directly from your account: log in, access the order, select the product(s) for which you want to withdraw, and confirm the request. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the content of your request - this is your legal proof that you have exercised the right of withdrawal.

How can I return a product/an order?

  1. Log into your account and go to the Orders section.
  2. Select the order, then the products, quantity, and reason for the return. In the notes field, if you paid cash on delivery, provide the IBAN account to which you want the refund made.
  3. The package will be picked up from the address where it was delivered - we send the courier to make it easier for you.
    • Make sure you have placed the products in the package along with the return form.
    • Please note that the shipping fee is 10 RON and will be charged at the time the return is processed. E.g., if you have an order of 100 RON that is returned, the return will be processed and the 10 RON shipping fee will be withheld, so you will receive 90 RON back on the card used for payment or in the IBAN account provided in the "NOTE" field.
  4. Once we register your return request, we will keep you updated on its status by email.
    • Don't worry, we will notify you once the return reaches the warehouse.
    • After we check the products you returned, we will let you know if all the return conditions have been met, and we will refund the amount paid for the products, excluding the shipping cost, within a maximum of 14 days.

Under what conditions can I return the products?

Returned products must be in the same condition as when received: undamaged, without defects.

In accordance with Art. 10 letter c of Government Ordinance 130/2000, shop.irinarimes.com reserves the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may deteriorate (perishable) or degrade quickly, such as underwear, swimwear, socks, and unsealed cosmetic products. Each product page contains information about the possibility of return. Products that form a set must be returned as a set.
