How do I pay and how is delivery handled?

For products purchased from shop.irinarimes.ro, you have the following payment methods available:

  • cash/cash-on-delivery payment, upon delivery/pickup of the package, if you choose delivery by express courier - before the order is shipped, the shopping cart will calculate and display the exact shipping cost;
  • online payment by bank card, regardless of the delivery method chosen;

Delivery methods

Delivery by express courier. The package will be sent to the address specified in the order and will be handed personally to the recipient by the courier.

Your contact details will be included on the package, in case the courier cannot easily reach the specified destination. It is therefore important that you provide, in the order form, a phone number where the courier can reach you if needed.

The delivery timeframe is displayed both on each product's presentation page and on the checkout page of the shopping cart.

Also, once the order is completed, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address provided, where you will be able to check the estimated delivery date.

What are the delivery fees?

The displayed prices include VAT. This shipping fee will be added to the order value, so that the price paid to the courier to receive the package will represent the cost of the order, plus the shipping fees.
