The website shop.irinarimes.ro, referred to hereafter as "shop.irinarimes.ro," is owned and operated by the company Tshirt Factory S.R.L., hereafter also referred to as "shop.irinarimes.ro," with the following identification details: Unique Registration Code RO 29798041, registered at the Trade Register under no. J40/5222/2016, and with its headquarters at Strada Ciobanului no. 5, Mogosoaia, Romania. Email: comanda@globalrecords.ro.

Browsing the shop.irinarimes.ro website followed by placing an order signifies that any client has read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below.

shop.irinarimes.ro reserves the right to change and update the content of this site, as well as the Terms and Conditions of use, at any time without prior notice.

In case of disputes or misunderstandings between shop.irinarimes.ro and the client, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order will apply.

1. Definitions

  • User: Any person who visits the shop.irinarimes.ro website.
  • Client: The natural or legal person who places an order.
  • Products and Services: Any product or service mentioned in the order, to be provided by the seller to the client.
  • Order: An electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the seller and the client, through which the client expresses their intention to purchase certain products and services and to pay for them.
  • Seller: Tshirt Factory S.R.L., with the following identification details: Unique Registration Code RO 29798041, registered at the Trade Register under no. J40/5222/2016 with a working point at Strada Ciobanului no. 5, Mogosoaia, Romania.
  • Contract: An order confirmed by the seller, through which the seller agrees to sell and deliver the products and services, and the client agrees to purchase, receive, and pay for these products and services.
  • Courier: Any public or private legal entity providing rapid courier services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the shop.irinarimes.ro website, including images, texts, web graphics, scripts, software, design rights, model rights, patents, and registered trademarks, is the sole property of shop.irinarimes.ro and its suppliers and is protected by copyright law and intellectual and industrial property laws. The use of any of these elements without the consent of shop.irinarimes.ro is punishable under applicable law. shop.irinarimes.ro and the shop.irinarimes.ro logo are registered trademarks of shop.irinarimes.ro.

shop.irinarimes.ro may grant the user/client the right to use, in a described form, certain content of the website. This agreement applies strictly to the defined content, for a period specified in the agreement, and only to the individual(s) to whom permission was granted, without allowing the use of other content from the shop.irinarimes.ro website.

The use of any registered trademark on shop.irinarimes.ro does not constitute advertising for the respective company. shop.irinarimes.ro is not liable for and cannot be held responsible for damages caused by using the site's content.

3. Disclaimer

shop.irinarimes.ro does not guarantee that the site, the servers on which it is hosted, or the emails sent from shop.irinarimes.ro are free of viruses or other potentially harmful components, nor that they are error-free, without omissions, defects, delays, or interruptions in operation or transmission, line failures, or any similar factors. If any of the published articles or any other information falls under the copyright and related rights laws, the user is requested to notify the seller at shop@globalrecords.ro so that necessary legal measures can be taken.

shop.irinarimes.ro reserves the right to cancel orders for products and services displayed on the site as a result of technical errors, or that, due to technical errors, show obviously erroneous/insignificant prices (prices that any reasonably educated buyer could recognize as erroneous/insignificant).

shop.irinarimes.ro, as the organizer of promotional campaigns, is not responsible for losses or damages to campaign vouchers, is not responsible for counterfeit or damaged vouchers, and reserves the right to cancel a voucher used for purchase or deduct its value from the refund in the case of a return according to the law of a product participating in that campaign.

Any links to other sites are provided solely to increase the accessibility of information, and shop.irinarimes.ro does not assume any responsibility or liability for the content of these sites or for the products or services promoted or sold through these sites.

4. Limitations on Site Access

Users of the shop.irinarimes.ro website may make comments and other communications, send suggestions, questions, or information, provided the language is civilized, and the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not disturb the privacy of others, does not infringe intellectual property rights, does not contain viruses, and is not part of any promotional campaigns unrelated to shop.irinarimes.ro, or mass emails or any other form of spam. Individuals who use a false email address or transmit any communications in the name of another person or entity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. shop.irinarimes.ro is not responsible for and cannot be held liable for any damages caused by such communications.

When sending or posting materials/documents involving texts, replies, reviews, etc., written by users, it is considered that the user guarantees their originality and grants shop.irinarimes.ro and its affiliates/partners the non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, and distribute or present these contents anywhere in the world, by any means. The user guarantees that they have all the rights to the content they post or transmit on the site, in any way, so that by using this content, no harm is caused to any third-party entity.

5. Processing of Personal Data

The categories of personal data processed include: name and surname, gender, date and place of birth, data from civil status documents, phone/fax number, address (residence), email, profession, place of work, professional training, family status, economic-financial situation, data on owned assets, habits/preferences/behavior, image, voice, geolocation data/traffic data.

When a user creates an account on shop.irinarimes.ro, they will receive commercial communications from shop.irinarimes.ro only to the extent that they have expressly consented by selecting the appropriate option.

The data collected regarding newsletters and alerts are confidential. www.shopirinarimes.ro may select users to whom it will send newsletters and alerts.

According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, shop.irinarimes.ro is required to process the personal data provided by users safely and only for the specified purposes.

The purpose of collecting personal data is: economic-financial management, advertising, marketing, publicity, statistics, electronic communications services, informing clients about their account status on www.shopirinarimes.ro, informing clients about the evolution and status of orders.

Users' completion of forms on the site implies unconditional acceptance that this data is included in the www.shopirinarimes.ro database and used and processed by shop.irinarimes.ro, its affiliates, and collaborators for the activities mentioned above, including but not limited to marketing service providers, courier services, payment/banking services.

Clients are guaranteed the rights provided by Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, respectively the right to information, access to data, intervention, opposition, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to appeal to the courts in case of violation of their rights. Clients have the right to request the total or partial deletion of personal data. The client may request any of the rights mentioned above by submitting a written, signed, and dated request to the headquarters of Global Records.

Refusal to provide this data makes it impossible to fulfill orders.

If the client changes their personal data already provided to shop.irinarimes.ro through the site’s forms and there are ongoing orders, the orders will retain the data from the moment of the order, and the product delivery will be made considering the newly modified data.

shop.irinarimes.ro does not request from its users, by any means of communication (phone/email, etc.), confidential information, account data, passwords, etc. If the user discloses them to third parties, they bear full responsibility for their actions. Thus, in cases of disclosing such data, the user cannot hold shop.irinarimes.ro responsible for any damage.

6. User Registration

To create an account on the shop.irinarimes.ro website, the User is required to use a valid email address. shop.irinarimes.ro may refuse the registration request if it finds that false information has been used or if the services are being used in a manner not consistent with normal practices.

7. Price

The final price paid by the Client consists of the product price plus the related shipping and/or collection fees. Shipping prices are detailed on the website. All prices related to products and services sold through the shop.irinarimes.ro website are expressed in Lei and include VAT (19%).

8. Order

To activate the "One-Click Order" service, the User must set their preferred Order details (where it should be delivered, shipping method, and payment method) in the User account, and these settings will be saved and used for each One-Click Order. These settings can be modified at any time.

By completing the Order, the Client guarantees that all the provided information is real and correct; otherwise, they may bear the consequences of these errors (delayed, misdirected Order, etc.).

shop.irinarimes.ro cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information that may result in delivery delays. In this context, all transport fees incurred for the re-shipment of the Order will be borne by the Client.

By completing the Order, the Client agrees that a representative of shop.irinarimes.ro may contact them by any agreed means (email/phone) for personal confirmation of the Order.

(This email is only an acknowledgment of your order request. Your contract to purchase these products is not fully completed until we send an email notifying you that the products have been shipped.)

For the convenience and safety of the Client, there is an option to cancel the Order within 30 minutes after placing it. Therefore, if a User placed an Order by mistake or changed their mind, the Order can be canceled within 30 minutes after it is placed. In the case of card payments, the final payment amount will only be withdrawn from the Client’s account at the end of the 30-minute period.

shop.irinarimes.ro may refuse an Order after prior notification to the Client, without any obligations between the parties and without either party being able to claim damages, for the following reasons:

  • Failure/invalidity of the online transaction;
  • Non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Client's card/transaction;
  • Incomplete or incorrect Client information;
  • The Client's activity may cause damage to the shop.irinarimes.ro website/partners;
  • Consecutive failed deliveries;
  • Other objective reasons: if the Client does not guarantee that the payment method is valid and not obtained through fraudulent means, or if there are suspicions regarding the payment method.

Even though all measures have been taken to ensure that the information presented on this site is accurate and correct, shop.irinarimes.ro cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies that may occur in the completion by the Client of the forms on the site for Order finalization. Users are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of the information provided in the forms available on this site.

In certain situations and for justified reasons, shop.irinarimes.ro reserves the right to modify the quantity of Goods and/or Services in the Order. In these situations, shop.irinarimes.ro will notify the Client at the email address or phone number provided when placing the Order and will refund the amount paid.

The contract is considered concluded between the Client and shop.irinarimes.ro upon receipt by the Client from shop.irinarimes.ro, via email and/or SMS, of the notification of Order shipment.

If a Good and/or Service ordered by the Client cannot be delivered by shop.irinarimes.ro, we are obliged to inform the Client of this fact and to refund the value of the Good and/or Service to the Client’s account within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which shop.irinarimes.ro became aware of this fact or from the date on which the Client expressly expressed their intention to terminate the Contract.

9. Invoicing – Payments

The price, payment method, and payment deadline are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Client for the delivered Products and Services, and the Client is obligated to provide all necessary information for issuing the invoice in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Payment can be made online (card or PayPal) or cash on delivery.

10. Warranty

For products purchased from the shop.irinarimes.ro online store, a warranty is provided in accordance with the Warranty Certificate accompanying each product. The legal entity providing the warranty is the one mentioned on the product’s Warranty Certificate. To benefit from the warranty, the Client has the following obligations:

  • The product must have been purchased from shop.irinarimes.ro and used only for its intended purpose;
  • The usage instructions must be followed, and the product must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions;
  • The warranty certificate and the fiscal document with which the product was purchased must be kept;
  • The original packaging and all accessories that came with it must be kept and delivered along with the product under warranty.

The place of presentation to benefit from the warranty is the one specified on the Warranty Certificate. Unless otherwise specified, the transport cost is borne by the Client.

Reasons for losing the warranty:

  • Mechanical damage or deterioration; excessive exposure to sunlight; absence or modification of the serial number; product alterations;
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the usage, transport, handling, and installation instructions in the user manual;
  • Flooding, fire, exposure to sunlight, electrical discharges, improper modifications or installations, unauthorized interventions.

shop.irinarimes.ro does not offer warranties to Clients:

  • If the purchased product does not meet the Client’s requirements or expectations;
  • After the warranty period offered by the Seller has expired;
  • If the replacement of non-compliant products or components is impossible to provide, including due to lack of equipment or associated technology.

All other provisions included in the applicable legislation regarding the guarantee of sold products are valid. The rights of Clients are those provided by the relevant legislation. The warranty does not extend to any damages caused by the use of the product.

11. Delivery

The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the product and is displayed on the product page, on the Order page, and in the confirmation email or phone call.

For all product categories, the maximum delivery time is 14 days from the date of Order confirmation.

For Clients abroad, the final price of the Order will be communicated via email, and delivery will be made after explicit acceptance of this price.

For products in stock, delivery will be made according to the Client's option, by Courier or personal pickup (options available on the order completion page). There is a 12-24 hour interval between Order registration and its pickup by the Courier. Any additional delays will be communicated to the Client, and a new delivery date will be agreed upon, which cannot exceed the maximum period mentioned above.

Attention! Due to the very short processing time of Orders, it is impossible to make changes to already placed Orders.

If the products are unavailable (including if the price or certain characteristics of the products have changed after Order confirmation), shop.irinarimes.ro will inform the Client about the unavailability, and the amounts paid by the Client will be refunded within 14 days. The Client may confirm the changes regarding the price or characteristics of the products, thereby modifying the initial Order, and shop.irinarimes.ro will deliver the products according to the modified Order.

For products not in stock, the Client agrees that shop.irinarimes.ro may deliver a product with equivalent qualities and price to those requested. If the Client exercises their right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.

If the Client places an Order that contains products from different suppliers in terms of delivery, these will be considered separate packages and will be indicated as such on the Order page. They have different delivery times. The shipping fee applies to each package separately.

11.1 Delivery Conditions

At the request of shop.irinarimes.ro or the Courier, the Client will prove their identity, if necessary, with one or more documents issued by official authorities and will provide the Order number assigned by the Seller.

If the Client is unable to receive the Order personally, the Order will be left at the specified address only to a person over 18 years old, and only if the Courier is provided with the Order number.

No delivery request can be honored if the Client does not meet the above conditions.

In the case of delivery to the Client’s workplace, where the Courier cannot access the location, the Client must ensure that they can receive the Order.

The Client will be contacted by the Courier in advance to confirm their presence at the address and time selected when validating the Order on the site.

The Client agrees to be present at the indicated delivery address within the selected time interval; otherwise, they will bear the shipping fee for a possible new delivery. The time interval can only be modified later with the agreement of the Courier.

Delivery is considered fulfilled by shop.irinarimes.ro at the moment the ordered products are handed over to the Client at the address selected when placing the Order.

11.2 Product Receipt

The Client agrees to sign the delivery note (AWB) presented by the Courier upon delivery of the ordered products, to which the receipt containing all the information about the delivered products (product name, quantity, price) is attached. The Client will also check if the products are damaged or if there are any shortages, and any problems will be noted in handwriting on the delivery note so that they can be taken into account.

By signing the delivery note, the Client acknowledges the receipt of the ordered products in good condition and in full.

12. Promotional Campaigns

12.1 Promotional Codes

Promotional codes provided by shop.irinarimes.ro through any promotions are valid exclusively for the section mentioned in the email that contains the code, unless stated otherwise. It is important to note that some products fall under the "Exceptions" category, where promotional codes cannot be applied, and these products must be purchased at the price displayed on the site. Promotional codes can only be used when placing an order; they cannot be used to reduce the order's value after it has been placed.

Only one promotional code can be used per order. The order page does not allow the use of multiple codes in the same order. The eligibility for a promotion does not include the shipping cost, unless specified otherwise. Promotions that offer free or discounted shipping apply to each delivery.

If a promotional code has been applied to an order that could not be fulfilled or was canceled for any reason, the customer has the right to request the reactivation of the promotional code, but only in writing via an email to shop@globalrecords.ro, including the order ID, its status, the customer's name, and the promotional code. The code can be reactivated for a maximum of 30 calendar days.

Note: Promotions on shop.irinarimes.ro cannot be combined; the highest discount is applied. This applies to all forms of discounts (loyalty cards, promotional codes, gift vouchers, percentage discounts on the site, etc.) as a rule, unless otherwise stated in the promotion. Additionally, in the case of percentage vouchers, the holder of such a voucher cannot benefit from a cumulative discount that combines the percentage voucher with an existing promotion discount. Certain promotional campaigns cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty programs. This will be specified in the campaign's terms.

shop.irinarimes.ro unilaterally, or in collaboration with certain suppliers, establishes the rules for promotions and contests it organizes on shop.irinarimes.ro, which are published exclusively on the site. Promotions apply to orders that fully comply with the rules displayed on the site during the clearly stated validity period and within the limits of available stock. shop.irinarimes.ro does not guarantee the availability of products in stock for the entire promotion period and may withdraw the promotion without prior notice.

12.2 Interruption of Promotional Campaigns

In the case of a promotional campaign organized by shop.irinarimes.ro, the organizer reserves the right to interrupt the campaign at any time during its duration, with prior notice to consumers through appropriate communication channels (website announcements, in-store signs, etc.).

The organizer reserves the right to modify any of the conditions set forth in the campaign's rules during the campaign period for valid reasons, but not before informing the public of these changes.

12.3 Vouchers / Coupons / Promotional Codes

12.3.1 General Provisions

Voucher = promotional code, promotional coupon.

Each voucher is identified by a voucher code and has various requirements for being valid and applicable. Please check all the details and information on the voucher carefully to ensure the discount can be applied.

The value of each voucher is specified on it.

Shipping and handling fees apply to any purchased product, regardless of value, unless otherwise provided in promotions, regulations, etc. Therefore, if a voucher requires a certain minimum purchase value, shipping, handling, etc. fees also apply to those products. A voucher cannot be used to pay for taxes, delivery fees, handling, or other services unless otherwise agreed.

Any item, regardless of the promotion, will have a minimum value; shop.irinarimes.ro cannot sell products at a zero value.

The customer will pay the tax required by law depending on the promotion.

Vouchers are only valid if used on the shop.irinarimes.ro website.

Vouchers prohibited by law will be considered void.

Vouchers are not intended for resale and cannot be converted into cash.

Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

All provisions related to fraud mentioned on the shop.irinarimes.ro website fully apply to fraud involving vouchers, and any attempt at fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

12.3.2 Conditions of Use

Each voucher is limited so that multiple vouchers from the same IP address/physical address are not allowed.

Any promotion that applies discount vouchers is limited to one voucher per individual or legal entity (identified as a customer/user).

Each voucher is limited to a single use and is valid for a limited time, as mentioned in the relevant terms and conditions, in the email offering the voucher, and in the user account's "vouchers" section, or as stated in each specific promotion/offer. shop.irinarimes.ro reserves the right to modify or cancel these vouchers at any time, with prior notice to customers.

No voucher can be applied to other promotions/offers except for those specifically mentioned in that offer.

If the products for which the voucher was granted, and for which the customer qualified for the promotion, are not purchased, the voucher cannot be applied. For example, vouchers granted for certain products that are later canceled/returned by the customer cannot be considered valid, and they only have an effect as a discount applied to the products actually paid for.

The voucher only applies to products/categories expressly mentioned as eligible in the promotion. Products excluded from the promotion are communicated in the terms and conditions or in certain special regulations or offers in the "exceptions" section. These exceptions include products that, by law, cannot be sold at a discount.

Promotional offers cannot be combined in the same order. Only one discount voucher can be used per order.

For orders containing multiple products, the value of the discount voucher is allocated to each product based on the weighted value of that product from the total order value, excluding shipping fees.
